We are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11am – 8pm.

Closed every Monday and Sunday.

Do you have male / female therapists at NEAU?

At NEAU, we have only female therapists.

What are the services available?

We specialise in providing facial services, body contouring treatments, as well as hair removal services.

Do you use any equipment/machine in your services?

Yes, our treatments leverages on advance technology such as Radio Frequency, Magnetic Infusion Technology and Intense Pulse Light.

Do you accept Male clients?

Yes, we welcome both male & female clients.

Is there a minimum age requirement for your treatments?

There is no minimum age, however for clients who are 16 years and below, we will require an endorsement of a parental consent form before proceeding with the treatment.

Do I need to make an appointment?

An advance reservation is necessary to secure a slot so that you will not be disappointed.

All our consultations and services are based on appointments only. Prior booking is required and subject to availability. Hence, we recommend all our clients to book their appointment(s) in advance to secure their preferred date and time slot.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp.

Do you require deposits for appointments?

No, we do not require any deposit. We are more than happy to secure an appointment for you.

Can I request for a specific Beauty Therapist?

All our Beauty Therapists are experienced and well trained to provide consistent and quality treatments. However, if you have a preference, do not hesitate to let
us know, we will try our best to accommodate, but it will be upon availability.

How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can cancel or make changes to your reservation any time 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

When should I arrive at the spa?

Please arrive slightly before for your appointment so you can unwind or visit the restrooms prior to starting your treatment.

New Customers are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time for registration & complimentary skincare consultation.

What happens if I arrive late?

While we try our best to ensure that you enjoy a full treatment session, however, late arrival may result in reduced treatment time as there may be another booking after your session.
