As the founder of NEAU, my journey wasn’t born from perfection, it was born from pain, change, and ultimately, transformation. I’ve personally experienced what so many women go through silently. The confusing whirlwind of hormonal changes, weight gain, and skin issues that seemed to appear overnight. I watched my body change in ways I didn’t recognised, and with it came something even heavier… a loss of confidence.

I felt invisible. I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. And like many women, I pushed through, trying to meet expectations while ignoring my own needs. That emotional weight, more than anything, led me to realise how crucial self-care really is. Not as a quick fix or luxury, but as a lifeline - a way to reconnect with myself, nurture my body, and reclaim my sense of worth.

That’s when NEAU was born. A space designed not just to offer beauty treatments, but to hold space for women. To treat the physical, emotional, and energetic shifts we all go through, with kindness, compassion,
